SPRINGFIELD -- Concerned that its season might be cut short by COVID-19, the Effingham County volleyball team honored its seniors Thursday night.

Accompanied by family members, Sara Lindsay, Addison Lovett, Sara Bevill and Kinley Tucker received gifts from their teammates during a ceremony before a match against South Effingham.
