The South Effingham High School pre-K celebrated a Holiday Craft Day with Santa on Dec. 16. The two-hour event featured Santa’s visit with the pre-K students, holiday craft-making at activity tables, gift-giving and a Christmas party of tasty snacks and good cheer.

National Honor Society high school students and their sponsors, Tina Crapse and Stephanie Tant, helped to prepare the holiday gift-giving activity. Pre-K students with some coaching from their parents created a variety of holiday ornaments and crafts. Pre-K student helpers in the CTAE program, Pre-K teacher Beverly Browning and assistant Angela Hamilton, and media center staff pitched in to make a very, merry holiday event gathering.
