In an effort to serve the needs of the community, Teach Right, a locally owned and operated educational supply store, has announced plans for summer workshops for teachers and parents, and play-days for children. Owner Marian Hodge announced that there would be no charge for the events; however, materials from the workshop presentations would be available for purchase.

Teach Right invites teachers and parents of pre-school children through first graders to enjoy a Make and Take to learn to create children’s games and books, as well as a Handwriting Workshop to help strengthen their children’s handwriting skills. Additionally, children are invited to come to Teach Right on Wednesdays in July to play Bingo.
