Evonne Mobley, interim CEO of Effingham Career Academy, spoke to the Effingham Rotary Club about the programs offered at the Career Academy, which opened this school year.
 
The career academy offers such programs such as Transportation, Graphic Communications, Culinary Arts Health Informatics and a variety of other programs. The school enrollment has exceeded expectations for the first year.
 
Mobley has been with the Effingham County Board of Education for 36 years and has served in various positions including principal, school counselor and most recently system Career, Technical, Agricultural Education coordinator.
