Third Critz Race 5k/10k set for Feb. 28

On Feb. 28, participants in the third annual Critz Race for Preservation 10K/5K in Savannah will be out walking and running in support of the Historic Savannah Foundation (HSF).

The 10K/5K race will start at 8 a.m. Feb. 28 in Forsyth Park near the Mansion on Forsyth.

The route is a certified course that leads participants through five of the eight historic districts within Savannah’s city limits.  

The entry fee before Feb. 20 is $20 for either the 10K/5K run or the 5K walk; late registration after Feb. 20 is $25.

The entry fee includes a T-shirt and refreshments.  Online registration is also available at www.active.com.  Online registration closes Feb. 27 at 11:59 p.m. EST,  but participants will be able to register at the event starting at 7:15 a.m.

Presented by Critz, Inc. of Savannah and organized by the Historic Savannah Foundation, the Critz Race for Preservation 10K/5K is designed to better educate the public about HSF and the multiple historic districts in our city.
