Mr. and Mrs. Albert H. Allen Jr. announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashlyn Rebecca Allen, to Timothy Mikell Tebeau, the son of Mr. Mikell E. Tebeau and Mrs. Georgia Scott.

The bride elect is a 2005 graduate of Effingham County High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Southern University.

The groom elect is a 2002 graduate of Effingham County High School. The groom is currently employed at Coastal-Great Southern in Charleston, S.C.

The wedding will be held at Jerusalem Lutheran Church on Sept. 13, 2008. A reception will be held at The Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum following the ceremony. All family and friends are invited to attend.
