Stephanie Elizabeth Andrews and Bryce Alan Files

Mr. and Mrs. James Arnold Andrews of Rincon are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Elizabeth Andrews, to Bryce Alan Files, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Tracy Files of Hot Springs, Ark.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Elizabeth Hendrix Stephens of Garden City, Mrs. Angie Louise Andrews and the late John David Andrews Sr. of Rincon, and Mr. and Mrs. Byron Anthony Stephens Sr. of Savannah.

Miss Andrews is a graduate of South Effingham High School and the University of Georgia, where she received a B.S. in middle school education. She recently graduated from Georgia Southern University with her masters in education. Miss Andrews is a teacher at Ebenezer Middle School in Rincon and employed by the Effingham County Board of Education.

The groom-to-be is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Files of Hot Springs, Ark., and the late Ms. Nita Relda Dodwell of Hot Springs, Ark.

Mr. Files is a graduate of Second Baptist Christian School, Hot Springs, Ark. He served with the 188th Fighter Wing, Arkansas Air National Guard, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was deployed to Afghanistan and Japan. Mr. Files is employed by Mitsubishi Power Systems America in Savannah.

The wedding is planned for Saturday, June 15, 2013, on the beach with a dinner reception at The Shipyard Plantation Club in Hilton Head, S.C.
