Brenda L. Bracken and Mark B. Bracken would like to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Kimberly Renae Bracken, to Stephen Michael Westerfield.

Renae is the granddaughter of the late Lillie Inez Godley and William F. Godley and the granddaughter of Gladys Mae Bracken and the late William Clair Bracken.

Stephen is the son of Cary E. and Barbara M. Westerfield and the grandson of the late Charles W. and Emily W. Westerfield and the grandson of the late Jacob S. and Mary A. Marsh.

Renae is a teacher at Effingham County Middle School in Guyton and Stephen is an assistant vice president at United Community Bank in Savannah.

The wedding is planned for March 12, 2016.

Mr. and Mrs. Dale Mixon of Guyton announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Amy Cierra Mixon, to Landon Harry Snooks, son of Steven and Harriett Snooks of Springfield. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Hill, Sr. of Eatonton, Ga., and the great-granddaughter of James Harmon Sr. of Fort Valley, Ga. Cierra is a 2012 graduate of South Effingham High School and a 2017 graduate of Armstrong State University with a bachelor of science in Radiologic Science with a focus in cardiovascular science. Cierra is employed at East Georgia Regional Medical Center in Statesboro.
