Mr. Drew Eason of Springfield and Mr. Shaun and Mrs. Tina McDonald of Mt. Pleasant, S.C., announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Cassidy L. Eason of Guyton to Drake N. Rigsby of Springfield, son of Mr. Dana and Mrs. Linda Rigsby of Springfield.

Miss Eason is the granddaughter of Mr. Paul and Mrs. Roberta Eason of Rincon and Ms. Cathy Howard of Hiram and the late Mr. Ted Fail of Hampton, S.C. Cassidy is employed by the Heritage Bank in Guyton.

Mr. Rigsby is the grandson of Mr. Frank Rigsby of Ohio and Mr. Danny and Mrs. Kay Dillion of Crowncity, Ohio, and Mr. John and Mrs. Sharon Pick of Minford, Ohio. Drake is employed by Custom Metal Works of Rincon.

The wedding is planned for Oct. 7, 2011, at 7 p.m. at Corinth Baptist Church in Springfield. All family and friends are invited to attend.
