Mr. and Mrs. James L. Fort of Hephzibah are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Lee Fort, to Charles Derek Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny T. Anderson of Claxton and Mr. and Mrs. Max Brannen of Pembroke.

The wedding is planned for June 21, 2008, at Whitefield Memorial Chapel in Savannah.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of the late Wayne M. Scott Sr. and Mildred M. Scott of Waynesboro and Calvin W. Fort of Warrenton and the late Kathryn E. Fort. She is employed by Dental Design Savannah as a registered dental hygienist.

The groom elect is the grandson of the late Luther T. Robinson of Guyton and Speedy and Frances Tebeau of Springfield, the late Bennett Ellis Anderson of Collins, and the late Margaret O. Powell of Reidsville. He is employed by Pike Electric, Inc. as a foreman.
