Ms. Karen R. Jenkins of Rincon and Mr. Bryan Jenkins Sr. of Rincon are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Natalie Faye Jenkins, to Mr. Matthew Allen Morris, son of the late Rita Carter of Guyton and Mr. Dennis Allen Morris of Rincon.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. George H. Rennard of Thomasville and Mr. and Mrs. William N. Jenkins Sr. of Thomasville. She is a 2004 graduate of Effingham County High School and is currently employed by the Effingham County Board of Commissioners in the Tax Commissioner’s Office.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Theron Morris of Pooler and Mr. Nat Carter and the late Mrs. Inez Carter of Guyton. Matthew is a 2002 graduate of Effingham County High School and a 2007 graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. In 2011, he obtained his master’s degree in Public Administration at Georgia Southern University. Matthew is employed by the Effingham County Board of Commissioners as the purchasing agent.

An evening wedding is planned for December 3, 2011, at Trinity United Methodist Church, Savannah.
