Gary and Debi Oglesby and Bobby and Tammy Jackson are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Garin Ann Oglesby and Trevor Scott Jackson.

Ms. Oglesby is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Scott of Meldrim and Mr.  and Mrs. Grover Oglesby of Swainsboro.

Ms. Oglesby is a 2007 graduate of South Effingham High School and a 2011 graduate of Georgia Southern University.  She is employed by Effingham County Board of Education.

Mr. Jackson is the grandson of Ms. Karen Coates and the late Mr. Bob Milsap and Mr. George Bothwell.

Mr. Jackson is a 2005 graduate of Effingham County High School and a 2010 graduate of IBEW Apprenticeship Local No. 508 Journeymen.  He is employed by Rabey Electric of Savannah.

The wedding will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the Effingham County United Methodist Campgrounds in Springfield.   All are invited to attend the ceremony and reception immediately following.
