Billy and Laurie Schaffner, of Guyton, are pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Caitlin Elizabeth, to Steven James Trout, son of Steve and Kathy Trout of Ripon, Calif.

The bride elect is the granddaughter of Bob and Judy Schaffner of Tallahassee, Fla., Marilyn and Joe Kenny of Guyton, Joan Fulcher of Guyton, and the late John C. (Jake) Fulcher. She is a 2003 graduate of South Effingham High School and currently travels as a vocalist with Life Action Revival Ministries out of Buchanan, Mich.

The groom elect is the grandson of Norma Trout of Stockton, Calif., and the late James Trout. He is also the grandson of Willie Jones of Stockton, Calif., and the late Agnes Jones. He is a graduate of Sierra View Christian School in Modesto, Calif., and currently travels as a musician and team manager with Life Action Ministries.

The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2008, at the Schaffner home in Guyton.  The couple will live in California.
