New Concepts Healthcare is where you will find Dr. Jack Heneisen on any given day of the week treating his patients at his medical practice in Rincon.
His unique medical practice has a focus on providing medical services to the uninsured. However, if you are looking for him on Monday evenings just drop by the United Way-Effingham Service Center in Rincon. There you will find Dr Heneisen leading a yoga class.
For the last five years Dr Heneisen has donated his services and expertise as a yoga instructor. He calls the class “Yoga – for the Walking Wounded” as he encourages those who are physically challenged and not able to do the traditional yoga by lying on floor mats to participate in the classes by sitting in a chair.
His classes are composed people who have a varying knowledge of yoga, from beginners to intermediate. These classes are one hour in length and are free.
For more information please contact the United Way-Effingham Service Center at 826-5300.
This week United Way salutes and appreciates Dr Jack Heneisen and his Yoga – for the Walking Wounded Classes.
