THE NORTH POLE Tis the season to give and get gifts.

Sometimes its hard to decide what you want for Christmas, especially when youre a kid. Personally, I remember poring over the Sears catalog in locked rooms, away from the siblings who seemed to think they deserved more time with the magazine than I did.

Dolls, action figures, board games, play sets, electronicshow was a girl to choose? Hours with that catalog (and not to mention Saturday morning commercials) didnt ever seem to help, and my list was always longer than my arm, even though I knew Santa himself would bring me one gift.

I wish when I was wee I knew myself as well as the little girl in this video. She knows just what she wants for Christmas, and she doesnt miss a beat.

Kids usually have one of two reactions to Santa: 1. So much excitement they can hardly contain themselves, or 2. A mix of awe and fear like Ralphie from A Christmas Story. But this sweet girl certainly marches to the beat of her own drum.

First she just sort of sashays up to Santa, easy and calm as you please. Santa then asks her what she wants, and she sleepily rubs her eyes and sighs out, A nap.

Me too, little one. Me too.

I suspect this is the easiest ask Santas ever gotten, and I hope your all your kids and other giftees want a nap for Christmas too.
