TALENTVILLE Despite several years of youth choirs and eight years of piano lessons, I have basically no musical talent.

I can stumble through the one song I memorized on the piano, Vanessa Carltons A Thousand Miles, and mumble-sing the alto part of a few traditional hymns. Oh, I could probably also bust out Hot Cross Buns on the recorder, and then there was that time I accompanied my fifth-grade Christmas choir on the glockenspiel. But thats it thats the extent of my musical history.

Because I cant even manage to sound decent when I play a real instrument, I am all the more impressed by this video in which the Bottle Boys perform a delightful rendition of Michael Jacksons Beat It with no instruments at all.

As you may or may not expect from a group of guys playing Michael Jackson songs on glass bottles, these guys work hard to get their songs just right. In a comment on the video, one member of the group mentioned that certain bars in the song took about 50 times longer to get right than easier parts.

All that hard work definitely pays off. I was blown away by their talent pun definitely intended.

Back in 2014, we enjoyed the Bottle Boys performing another Michael Jackson classic, Billie Jean, and if you loved that, youll love this new video just as much. Or even if you just love really cool videos showcasing unusual talents, watch this one now.
