RINCON — As the sun dipped below the lush treeline behind them Monday evening, Andrew Hutcheson and Kris Davis didn’t seem to have a care in the world. They were frolicking with Willie Nelson, their Labrador retriever, in knee-deep water at the Abercorn Creek Boat Ramp.
