Roy Harris, commander of the Chatham County Counter Narcotics Team, addressed the Sunrise Rotary Club in Guyton on June 17. 

Harris has broad experience in this field, having served as deputy director of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation until his retirement there. He told the Rotarians that the top three drug problems in this area are crack cocaine, marijuana and diverted prescription drugs.
