The Rotary Club of Effingham County welcomed Bob Griggers, Rotary Club district governor, to the club’s weekly meeting.

Griggers joined in the presentation honoring Dr. Mark Winters, principal of South Effingham High School and past president of the Rotary Club of Effingham County, as the Rotarian of the Year.
