The Tybee getaway package includes one night stay at Sea and Breeze Hotel, dinner for two at AJ’s Dockside Restaurant, trolley tour for two and 2011 Tybee Island parking pass.

United Way of the Coastal Empire offers individuals a chance to win one of many gifts as a way to say thank you for giving United Way the opportunity to present the work we’re doing to build a better community. The gift list includes $1,000 worth of gas, $1,000 worth of groceries, $1,000 shopping spree, vacation packages and more.

Anyone attending a United Way event or campaign meeting at their place of employment is eligible to enter. United Way will periodically select the winner(s) through Nov. 18. No donation is required.

Special thanks to several generous sponsors and anonymous donors who have donated gifts to be given away to aid in this year’s effort to raise funds during the annual campaign.  Funds raised during the annual campaign help support human service programs that improve the lives of people in Bryan, Chatham, Effingham and Liberty counties.

Priority funding goes to successful programs in the issue areas of Education and Youth Development, Health and Wellness, Economic Independence, and Basic Human Needs.

United Way’s 2011 Campaign will run through Nov. 18. For a complete list of the United Way Prize Giveaway, visit www.uwce.org.
