L. Stephen Mobley was re-elected chairman of the Effingham Hospital Board of Trustees at their meeting Tuesday night in the hospital’s community room.

Robin Massey-Ruppe, RN was elected vice-chair and Shelia S. Bishop, RN, will serve again as secretary.  All new officers were elected unanimously.
