Effingham County Probate Court Judge Beth Rahn Mosley has completed her probate judges training in Athens. She completed the training April 20.

Probate judges’ training is mandatory for each probate judge in every county in Georgia.

Judge Mosley is a certified mentor for the next term of incoming probate judges. This certification was received in Athens at a separate date in April.
