Jennifer Peavy receives her commemorative ink pen from Sunrise Rotary President Randy Shearouse.  Peavy gave a presentation of the growth and success of The Reading Recovery Program in Effingham County.  “Jennifer has done a great job heading up this program for us over the years and we are lucky to have her here in Effingham,” said Shearouse.
