Jeffrey Williamson with J. L. Williamson Law Group spoke to the Sunrise Rotary Club about "Estate Planning for Seniors:  How to Keep From Dying Broke." Williamson explained Medicare does not pay for long-term care and long-term care costs were the biggest threat to wiping out wealth senior citizens may accumulate.

He also explained the rules for qualifying for Medicaid and how to structure assets to minimize the threat of estate recovery.
