Effingham County Chamber of Commerce Director Ken Stoner discusses some of the new marketing ideas and the results of the Chamber membership survey. 

Ken Stoner is a member of the Effingham Sunrise Rotary that meets every Tuesday morning at the Guyton Christian Church in historic Guyton.
