United Way Advisory Board members gathered at the United Way Effingham Service Center on Monday morning to celebrate the reopening of the center after renovations to the building that houses the center were completed.

Bonnie Dixon thanked all of the service organizations, advisory board members, United Way representatives and others who helped in the project to renovate the service center.
