Victoria Hall, age 13, was chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Georgia Pageant, held in July at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta.
The National American Miss pageants are for “today’s girl” and “tomorrow’s leaders.” The pageant program is based on inner beauty, as well as poise and presentation, and offers an “all-American spirit of fun for family and friends.” Emphasis is placed on the importance of gaining self-confidence, learning new skills, learning good attitudes about competition and setting and achieving personal goals.
The pageant seeks to recognize the accomplishments of each girl while encouraging her to set goals for the future.
Hall finished in the top 20 out of 123 pre-teen contestants. Her activities include playing volleyball and cheerleading for South Effingham Middle School, softball, tennis, swimming and singing. She also enjoys playing the piano, shopping, spending time with her family and being a leader in her church youth group.
She is the daughter of Richard and Karen Hall and the big sister to Julianna Hall.
She was sponsored by her family and friends.
