The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce held a business after hours at The Square at Towne Park West last week.

Built by Phillip Kieffer Construction and developed by Kieffer Properties, the three buildings encompass 21,000 square feet and are being touted as Effingham’s first true condominiums, either residential or commercial.

There are 16 units among the three buildings and each building is 7,000 square feet. Spaces available start at 925 square feet.

Effingham Hospital’s Open MRI center will move into its space and open Dec. 1.

Other tenants in Building 1 are Signs by Liz, Coastal Area Appraisal Services, Melton Insurance Agency, Kieffer Properties and 21 South Properties.

Phillip Kieffer Construction and Dr. Donihue Waters will be in Building 2.

Building 3 currently is open.
