A free seminar entitled “Is Franchise Business Ownership Right for You?” will be presented April 12 in the conference room of the Small Business Resource Center, 111 East Liberty St. Savannah.

The two-hour seminar will begin at 6 p.m. The seminar is sponsored by The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center and will be presented by Cathey Petkash of FranNet.

The purpose of the seminar is to help persons interested in starting their own business learn how to correctly select and research franchise opportunities and determine if franchise ownership is right for them.  

Participants will learn about the benefits of franchise ownership, the costs involved and what type of business might make sense for them.

Pre-registration is required as space is limited.
