Two suspects in an alleged Thursday night home invasion turned themselves in to the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office late Monday afternoon.

Deputies were searching for Robert Zork, 28, of Ellabell, and Staci Shearouse, 29, of Ellabell.

Zork and Shearouse were suspected of robbing a victim at his residence shortly before midnight Thursday on Godley Road in what was reported to authorities as a home invasion.

Investigators are interviewing Zork and Shearouse and the case is still under investigation, according to ECSO spokesman Detective David Ehsanipoor.

The ECSO’s Drug Suppression Unit also is investigating the case.
