Possession of synthetic narcotic drugs
An officer was stationary near 17th Street and Columbia Avenue when a car without functioning tag lights and a tail light out turned. The passenger was known to have a violent past, and the driver consented to a search. Officers found a manila envelope, addressed to the passenger, with three vials of suspected steroids and a hypodermic needle. The passenger was taken to the jail to be booked.
