RINCON -- Just after 8 a.m. Friday, an Effingham County school bus was involved in a minor accident. The Effingham County Sheriff's Office reported to scene on Ebenenzer Road near Enterprise Way. Students were on board the bus but there were no major complaints of injury. The Georgia State Patrol is handling the accident. The roadway was quickly cleared.
