SPRINGFIELD — Volleyball season isn’t over for Effingham County’s Andrea Garcia. A key figure on the first Effingham County team to qualify for the Class AAAAAA Elight Eight, Garcia has been invited to participate in the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association North-South Junior Volleyball Classic in Dalton on Nov. 11. She helped the Rebels post a 24-3 record.
