Hollywood actress Renee Lawless pays visit to ECHS
Renee

On Friday, May 5, Hollywood celebrity and actress, Renee Lawless (Katherine Cryer on Haves and Have Nots), visited Effingham County High School to teach a few select students some tricks of the trade.

Lawless shared her knowledge helping students improve their acting and singing abilities. However, this group of actors learned much more.

Knowing that Lawless had driven, worked and shared her secrets with them without compensation, this group of actors took it upon themselves to heed the call from the Ebenezer Middle School drama club that was in need of help with their production.

Alayna Usher, Hannah Dodson, Ray Hafidth, Laurel Pate, Amberly Burgess, Micaiah Bolton and Adam Osella volunteered their time to make sure the production of “Hoody” was a success.
