Effingham Industrial Development Authority members will work on a strategic plan that they hope will do more than give the IDA a guide to follow.

IDA members also hope it will show the public what the IDA is about and what it is attempting to accomplish.

“I like the idea of having measurable items,” IDA Chairman Dennis Webb said. “The idea of having these base goals makes sense. I think it’s worth staff time.”
