Local NAACP branch to conduct election

The Effingham County Branch of the NAACP and the branch’s Executive Committee will conduct a virtual election of officers and at-large executive committee members Nov. 19 at 7 p.m.

. All active members in good standing financially with the branch are eligible to participate.
