National Day of Prayer event set Thursday

Pastors and churches from around Effingham County and the area are invited to join together for the National Day of Prayer on Thursday 6:30 p.m., cross from the Effingham County Courthouse in Springfield (at the intersection of North Pine Street and Jackson Street). Citizens will pray for many different components of the community, including families, schools, businesses, government leaders, those in the military and unity among residents. This event is being hosted by the Love One Another Coalition, a group of local pastors and church members.
