The Historic Effingham Society will hold its annual Olde Effingham Day Festival on April 21 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Effingham Museum at 1002 N. Pine St. in Springfield and the Living History Site will feature tours and live demonstrations, old tractors, old cars, art show, quilt show, doll display, food including “Hash and Rice”, Bake Sale, vendors, children’s activities, Civil War re-enactor drills with cannon fire and much more.
