Miss Georgia United States of America 2016 and Ms. Georgia United States of America Ashia Miller), a South Effingham alumna, was honored during halftime of Friday’s Effingham County-South Effingham boys basketball game in Guyton. Rep. Bill Hitchens read a proclamation recogniing her pageant victories and her community service as Miss and Ms. Georgia United States of America.
