Railroad repairs to close Picket Fences access

Due to planned repairs on railroad crossings, residents of Picket Fences will have to park outside their neighborhood.

The railroad crossing on 15th Street will be closed from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday, March 11. The City of Rincon is suggesting that if you must leave the Picket Fences neighborhood after 6 a.m., to park outside the neighborhood.

The repairs and closings continue throughout the week.

Closing on Wednesday, March 12 or the 13th, --W 9th Street -- This can only close once either Goshen or McCall Road has opened; once closed it will be closed for at least three days.

The remaining repair to W 6th Street and Johnson Street will be on March 13 or the following week.  Once closed it will be closed for at least three days.
