Michelle Liotta, a member of the Coastal Regional Water Council, spoke to Sunrise Rotary members about the statewide water plan. The Coastal Council is one of 11 regional councils established by the Georgia Comprehensive Statewide Water Plan to do resource assessments, forecast water needs and make regional plans for water resources in the future.
