Four Effingham County Rebels were recently named to the All-Region 2-AAAAAA football team by the region's coaches.
Senior lineman Mason Nease and senior wide receiver Randy Scott were picked for the offense. The versatile Khiry Wallace, a speedy sophomore, joined them by getting tapped for the "athlete" slot.
Senior linebacker Brandon Hicklen was the lone Rebel to earn all-region defensive recognition.
