Armstrong State University will host an open house event for prospective students and their parents.

The Pirate Preview will be held Nov. 1 from 1-4 p.m. at the ASU student union, 11935 Abercorn St.

Guests will have the opportunity to meet professors, talk with current students, tour campus, see first-year housing, learn about financial aid, and participate in specially-designed sessions.

The Pirate Preview is free and open to the public. To register or for more information, visit openhouse.armstrong.edu or call (800) 633-2349.

Armstrong will offer same-day admission to students who submit their application no later than the Monday prior to the event.

In order to receive the same day admissions benefit, students will need to bring an official copy of their high school transcript (signed and sealed) to the event. SAT or ACT scores must be reported on the transcript or sent separately by ACT or SAT in order to receive a decision at the event.
