Local students earn LMU degrees

HARROGATE, Tenn. — Lincoln Memorial University conferred the degrees of 652 graduates on Dec. 14 at its annual winter commencement exercises.


Among the graduates were 12 local students, each of whom earned an educational specialist degree:

Retired Lt. Gen. E.R. “Buck” Bedard gave the commencement address during the ceremony. A total of 30 associate degrees, 130 bachelor’s degrees, 149 masters, 312 educational specialists, five doctor education and eight juris doctor degrees were awarded.
