Effingham County 4-H is proud to offer Cloverleaf 4-H members (fifth and sixth grades) an opportunity to sharpen their cooking skills by participating in Kids in the Kitchen.

The program is a unique twist for youngsters wishing to learn the basics of kitchen preparedness, as well as making healthy snacks, holiday goodies, plus quick and easy meals.

Kids in the Kitchen is one of several recent clubs the Effingham County Extension office has introduced to its 4-H’ers and one of the fastest-growing as well.

For more information, contact 4-H agent Abby Smith at 754-8040.
