Sgt. Ramsey Mannon, along with Eddie Eagle from Effingham County Sheriff’s Department, takes time away from fighting crime to educate students at Effingham County High School’s pre-k about gun safety.  “What do you do if you see a gun,” Sgt. Mannon asked? “Stop. Don’t touch. Leave the area. Tell an adult.”
