Mr. and Mrs. John W. Mills of Bloomingdale and Mr. and Mrs. Jackson F. Williams Jr. of Whitmarsh Island are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Joseph F. Williams, to Angeline Joy Brink of Holland, Mich.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Phillip D. Brink of Holland, Mich., and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Brink of Holland, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Lambert of Zeeland, Mich., and Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Smith of Holland, Mich. She is a 2003 graduate from Holland, Mich., and is a student at Booker Institute of Cosmetology, and will be returning as a traveling missionary with Life Action Ministry of Buchanan, Mich.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Marlin Smith of Rincon and Mr. and Mrs. Jackson F. Williams Sr. of Savannah and the late Mr. William F. (Boot) Brown. He is a 2003 honors graduate of South Effingham High School, and is a traveling missionary with Life Action Ministry of Buchanan, Mich.

The wedding is planned for Aug. 16, 2008, at Calvary Baptist Church in Holland, Mich.
