Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Sutherland of Everett, Wash., would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Tammy Lynn Campbell, to David Darrell Phillips Jr., the son of David Phillips Sr. of Ellabell and Linda Loper of Rincon.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Richard Fee Sr. of Lake Wales, Fla. She is a 1997 graduate of Effingham County High School and the mother of three boys, Tyler Campbell, Peyton Lambert and Cody Lambert.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Bobby and Margaret Phillips of Ellabell and the late Winnie Wasdin of Rincon and the late Edward Loper of Springfield.

The wedding will be held March 6, 2010 at Meldrim Woods Plantation at 2 p.m. All friends and family are invited to attend.
