Mr. and Mrs. Jeffery Alan Cowart of Springfield are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Lee Cowart, to Robert Knight Tillman III, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Knight Tillman Jr. of Byron.

The future bride is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Lee Ward of Port Wentworth and Mr. and Mrs. Robert Cooper Cowart Jr. of Springfield. She is a graduate of Effingham County High School and has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. Robert K. Tillman Sr. and Mrs. Maxine Tillman of Bushnell, Fla., and the late Mr. Charlie “Bo” Collins and Mrs. Helen Collins of Bonaire. He is a graduate of The Westfield School and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Hotel-Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University in 2010. Rob is currently employed by Idle Hour Country Club.

The wedding is planned for July 10, 2010, at Woodlawn Plantation in Guyton with reception to follow. Invitations will be mailed.
