W.C. and Lisa Purvis are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristen Marya to Ryan Christopher Davis, son of Darla Davis of Rincon, and Mark Davis of Savannah.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Virginia Purvis and the late W. Clifford Purvis of Collins, the late Mary Z. Holland of S. Guyton, and the late Reginald Holland of Vidalia.  She is a graduate of South Effingham High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgia Southern University. She is currently employed as Office Manager by Faulkville Animal Hospital.

The groom-elect is the grandson of William C. Davis of Ellabell, and the late Patricia Spence of Savannah, and the late Troy Sr. and Hazel Jacobs of Jacksonville. He is also a graduate of South Effingham High School. He is currently employed as Assistant Manager by Coastal Cartage-Phoenix Transport and is a recreation sports official in the Savannah area.

A spring wedding on April 10 is planned in Statesboro at the Belle House.
